Client selects the property to invest and signs contract to agree to engage our services at all stages of the process. Feasibility study is performed by Verus Architekton Properties Solutions' own qualified architect, member of OA Portugal, with many years of experience in the industry in Portugal and Australia.
Stage 2 Purchase
Verus Architekton Properties Solutions assists you with all the Ins and Outs of the process of purchasing. The fee is collected upfront, price depends on the required volume of work on the project.
Stage 3 Design and Approval
Plans are prepared by Verus Architekton Properties Solutions that also lodges the applications to the authorities. Design Contract is signed between client and architect.

Stage 4 Construction Drawings
Executed by Verus Architekton Properties Solutions. Specialty engineers will be engaged as per project requirements.

Stage 5 Tender
Verus Architekton Properties Solutions assists you with selecting a building contractor.
Stage 6 Construction
Regular inspections by Verus Architekton Properties Solutions' architect.
Stage 7 Final Inspections
Conducted by Verus Architekton Properties Solutions' architect and an engineer chosen during Stage 5.
